I'm not a big dragger, but the idea behind it is gearing. The taller the gearing, the faster you move forward. I'd say 20" at the least for running drags. 18's would give you loads of tire spin and make it harder to gear up. The 20's will give you better gearing options, IMO.

stock banshee tires suck. your 18s with bigger front sprocket if your shee is modded much. 240 is short,you better get a good start.Good luck.

For dirt drags,I'd use either a 4-snow or pro wedge 2's.I use the 4-snows.They are 22-10-8.I bought them from Chaparral.
