john97z28 Posted May 16, 2005 Report Posted May 16, 2005 I just got my Banshee back out for spring. Here is a list of mods so far: 28 PWK's Pro Design intake V3's T5's K&N filters/outerwears I took it out for a test run this weekend to see what my jetting was and my plugs were white and a little burnt at the top. I parked it after that. I had a feeling that I would be running lean with this set-up. How much should I jump up on the main jets? There is a slight hesitation from the start. Should I do anything with the pilots? Quote
1Banshee350racer Posted May 16, 2005 Report Posted May 16, 2005 I just ordered the 28 PWK"s I have TR6's did you use your stock throttle cable for it??? when it comes to jetting i would say mess with your fuel air mix screw and go from there. i'm a little confused with the hesitation maybe try other main jets its all trial and error. better to be rich then too lean Quote
locogato11283 Posted May 16, 2005 Report Posted May 16, 2005 what is your jetting at now? im guessin youll need to be in the 158 to 165 main jet range and 45 to 50 on the pilot. it would help to know your jetting now... Quote

I picked up 160 mains this weekend, but didn't get to ride it. For the previous post, I did not use the stock cable, I have a motion pro twist throttle. Quote
blazinlow Posted May 24, 2005 Report Posted May 24, 2005 sudco says in the 28 pwk's the suggest 48 pilots and 152 mains if u got air filter and pipes Quote
