sredish Posted May 9, 2005 Report Posted May 9, 2005 Alright, let's decide this now. I've heard plenty from both sides of the line whether you need a crossover tube or not. I'm going to be running dual 34mm Flatsides pretty soon on the old banshee. I'll be getting an intake from Trinity or Vitos or someone that'll allow a little more room for the clutch arm. The Boss intake doesn't look like it really has crossover tube connections, but maybe I'm wrong. So, will I need the crossover tube or not when changing over. Quote
locogato11283 Posted May 9, 2005 Report Posted May 9, 2005 the boss intake does in fact have a crossover section built into it. as for the other intakes i dont know. my 35mm pwk dont have anything running between them at all and im assuming those flatsides wouldnt either. i would check first to see if those carbs have anything running between. if not then your intake should have something in which case you could just run the boss and be done with it. you can get it from jim at passion racing.
