Per the suggestion of the moderator and 1BADBANSHEE I agreed to delete my posts. 1BADBANSHEE agreed to do the same. We will let you know when the final deal is done how it worked out. I bought some nice stockers from chapman and they are what I sent when I got the arms I looked them over real good and they seemed fine well this guy calls me and tells me there shot and he dont want them so I told him to send them back and I contacted chap and he said they were fine also but he would take them back so I went and bought the arms from 2001 929 after showing you a pic and you said they were fine. Ok so now we have 225.00 of MY money out I have a set of Magnum arms that I ordered 4 ball joints at 35.60 each for a total of 142.40 + shipping so now I have a total of 367.40 of MY money out. I told you over and over again that as soon as the other arms arrived I would send them to you well they have not arrived 2001 929 shipped them a couple days ago and as soon as they get here I will ship them. I also told you in the 20th email if you wanted to just give me the money I spent on the ball joints and a couple bucks for the 14 hours of cleaning and polishing I would send your Magnum arms back to you in like new condition and even sent you pics of the arms in there current condition (which is awsome) but you did not want to do that and now your going to come here and bash me well guess what bash away sport because I am being 100% honest here and even going out of my way to make you happy but it seems impossable to do. I always deal squarely and if someone doesnt want what they buy from me, I'll take it back, refund their money, and even pay the shipping. I thought we were here to help each other out, not fuck each other in the ass.... I really hope that you guys on here will still deal with BBadbanshee. He was not happy with what you sent and usually would have the option of getting his stuff back. If he is unreasonable, he should be paying shipping. If you misrepresented the parts, you should be paying the shipping. What really happened on this and the represented condition of the parts is between you two. As far as the arms he sent you being shot with you cleaning them up and buying parts, if the remedy is that you get your stuff back and he gets his back, it's your fault that you put the money and labor into the arms and its unreasonable for you to expect him to pay for that. If you recieved the parts in a less than acceptable fashion, you should have rejected them exactly as he did. It's too late for that now. As far as the whole transaction goes, you got the parts second hand, never used them and was more than happy to spend out of pocket to buy more to send when he didn't like them. This seems somewhat fishy to me as most wouldn't spend a dime to replace stuff they knew to be good. It seems like there are a lot of signs of a troubled deal here but it's too late to heed them now. You are engaged in a deal with this man who currently has nothing so in the interest of good faith you are obligated to answer his calls even if they are a game of merry-go-round. From my perspective, I would say you are dealing with someone who is picky with what he recieves but not with what he sends, it's become problematic because he has a problem with getting bad parts while you did not. The best solution is to go back to start and cut loose of each other. With your investment that's tough, but he can not be held fiscally liable for what you decided to do before the deal was closed. As to the others on the board, you seem really quick to pass judgement on an issue before you even have the story. Bashing a complaint because the person has 100 posts less than someonelse is pretty shitty and unfair. I'm not taking sides, I'm just noting how some do when they don't even know what's happened. We have both agreed to remove our posts from the board and continue this in private. We will both post a final reply in the goodguy list when this is all over.I would like to add one more thing before I go, this was not a case of good guy bad guy it was a simple misunderstanding that got out of control and we both have accepted responsability for that and have moved forward.
