BANJO Posted May 5, 2005 Report Posted May 5, 2005 i was going to change my clutch cable today and go out.. but it wasnt that easy.. i ended up removing my carbs/tank/plastics/ just to get to the f..in bolt that was striped to f..k holding my cable on.. once i went throught hell to get to the bolt to get it out.. it only took about 3min to hook up the new cable.. i was perty pissed that i couldnt just flow through this.. anyone else have to rip apart the shee to change a simple part?? i thought it was going to be an easy night to night.. i was wrong.. now i just hope my carbs will still work the same.. at least my cable is smooth as butter.. peace devin Quote
BdBanshee Posted May 5, 2005 Report Posted May 5, 2005 I use 2 long 1/4" drive extensions to reach that bolt inbetween the carbs. Much easier than pulling the carbs. Quote
