Stinger Posted April 14, 2005 Report Posted April 14, 2005 I just got my shee ready to head for LS tomorrow. I installed some used FMF fatties and a used DG grab bar. I'm having a hell of a time getting them to work together though. Do the pipes go between the grab bar and frame or outside of the grab bar? Do the pipes normally come with longer bolts to install the silencers? Anybody got close up pics of some FMF silencers installed...specifically pics of the rear bolt/mount (the one that's a 1/2" holes). Also, what is the thread size/pitch for the grab bar bolts? Quote

j28d Posted April 14, 2005 Report Posted April 14, 2005 Go to autozone and get a box ofassorted metric bolts for 4 or 5 bucks. Once you find the one that fits, the lid will tell you what size and pitch it is. Most of the non stressed parts on my shee have the same bolts in them and they seem to work pretty well. Quote
