yama-bond or go to the auto parts store and buy some gasket paper. You could use a piece of cereal box but I don't think it would last long.

orig seems to be more of a rubber gasket. what do i need to get to cut a new one? Or is the auto zone gasket paper good enough? OH...what sealer, if any do i use?

If there's nothing wrong with the brake fluid shouldn't come out anyway. You can just use an rtv or yamabond like bkabina said just to keep junk out. And yes, the cereal box thing is for real. My dad use to make thermostat gaskets that way... lmao.
