NYCBanshee7 Posted April 5, 2005 Report Posted April 5, 2005 My front left wheel is slow to lock up when i use the front brake. Right wheel locks up fine, but it takes the left wheel a second or two to stop rolling. Just installed +2 Braided lines, there is no air in the lines and the brake pad seems to be fine. What could it be? Thanks, Eric Quote

I bled the shit out of 'em and still think I've got some air in there somewhere. Quote
fixitrod Posted April 5, 2005 Report Posted April 5, 2005 It's either air or the caliper is sticking. Sometimes just taken them off and compressing them all the way in with a c clamp will free them up. Quote

mat Posted April 5, 2005 Report Posted April 5, 2005 Did the problem start after you installed the new brake lines or was it a problem before. If it was a pre-existing problem then check the caliper, if the problem started with the new brake lines, then you still have air in there. You may need to buy a mity-vac and reverse bleed the system to get all of the air out. Quote
