I just put some pro circit pipes on my Banshee. The only other mod it has is a pro design air filter. I just need a starting point for the jetting. It still has the stock jets in it I'm pretty sure. I live in Ohio if that helps. I don't know the sea level. Thanks for any help you can give me. I just don't want to lean it out.

Will that work with the air box lid on. I ride in the woods mostly with a lot of creek crossings. My elevation is 700 feet above sea level, and I run 93 octane and gold spectro mixed at 32 to 1 if that helps. thanks.

280's with the lid on should be close. My bike was lean with 280's and NO lid.

I also put in bigger pilot jets when i put on the PC's.

Get an outware for the filter, but riding without the lid in does conditions is okay. Most of the time the filter stays very clean. You should check the jetting if riding without the lid, mains should be around 280-300.

If you ride through water, and if the water does not cover the air box, then there is no problem. I use to ride on does kind of conditions and on muddy conditions and had no problems. With the outware the filter needs less maintenance.

Use bigger pilots, like 30. Stock is 25.

Just depends how fast you blast through water holes. I always ran uncovered ,but quit often it got wet . the shee would run like crap for the next half hour then.

i run without the lid all the time. just check and clean your filters pretty often. i took off the drain catch on the bottom of the box too so if water does get in there it will drain right back out.

lose the lid, and let her breathe. she'll pull alot harder without it and it sounds so... sweet! i went up to 360 mains after losing the lid with my pc's, and pro flow filter. elevation about 1200ft., summer weather in S-central Pa. B)
