so_cal_sun Posted March 29, 2005 Report Posted March 29, 2005 I have an 02 banshee with trinitys pro mx porting, stage 4 pipes, v-force reeds, spacers, 28 keihin pwk carbs that run 155 mains, pro design cool head with 17cc domes, adjustable stator plate(advanced 1 degree). My bike idles and runs perfect at low end.As soon as I get to about half throttle the RPMs go up but have no power. Will someone please shed some light. Quote

Why are you running reed spacers... is the clutch arm hitting the bottom of the left carb if you don't have them spaced farther back? Quote
hamuel Posted March 29, 2005 Report Posted March 29, 2005 I can answer the question on the reed spacer's yes the clutch arm does hit the carb... try adding more main. try like a 165. for giggles to see what happens. Quote

The only reason why I advanced to only one degree is because I just replaced the top end was still breaking in the motor at the time. Im running stock intakes thanks Edited March 29, 2005 by so_cal_sun Quote
