BenBB Posted March 18, 2005 Report Posted March 18, 2005 torched her tornado magnet341120 LMAO Stan!!! OMG I am so gonna use "tornado magnet" hahahaha!!!!! Damn Jen that sucks, and just eerie that it happened on the same day. Better than a total loss and good to hear nobody was hurt, but I'm sure it's still tough to lose the things that can't be replaced. Mental note; camcorder batteries are evil Quote
PUSH THE THROTTLE Posted March 18, 2005 Report Posted March 18, 2005 That sucks to hear, really have to feel for people when something like this happens. Houses can be replaced and memories are really only in your mind anyway, atleast nobody was hurt. Quote
SICK BOY Posted March 18, 2005 Report Posted March 18, 2005 Last year I woke up to the garage next store being up in flames,it took 3 fire companys around 4 hours to put out. Quote
KoooPSD Posted March 18, 2005 Report Posted March 18, 2005 It does suck losing everything you own and have memory of. Back on December 12th of 2000 my house burnt down while we were out grocerie shopping. Its weird driving through the country roads to your house and comming up on flashing lights and flames shooting outta your house. I wasnt able to stay and watch it burn because of all the fumes comming from the house cause i was 6 months pregnant. So the fire marshal told me to leave. The cause of the fire was my camcorder battery charging on the kitchen table. Somehow it exploded and caused the fire. Most of our pictures I was able to replace because my mom had negatives or duplicate copies. But the stuff you grow up with all your life, or the stuff you get when you bring your son home from the hospital when he was born will never be replaced. The weird thing about it is my parents house burnt down 17 yrs earlier on the exact same day. Almost to the same time give a couple hrs. But anyway just though I would share this info. Jen 341124 Wow it wierd how stuff like that works, same day 17 years later. This week there was a lady i worked with, i didn't talk to her much but just from being around her i knew she was a nice lady and would help you out if you needed it, well her appartment caught fire and she couldn't get out, her husband just got layed off and now he just lost his wife and all of his memory's, i feel so bad when shit like that happens. The bad part about it is they didn't have any family around here at all, so he's out on his own... Quote
JKJK Posted March 18, 2005 Author Report Posted March 18, 2005 Funny you should mention that Hollyman.I'm all over it like a pit bull on a sneaker! Two years agow i was in the house with the owners, going over their options for a major remodeling job. They decided to put it off for a while+rent it out. Quote
