RBD Posted March 14, 2005 Report Posted March 14, 2005 I have run into this problem many times.... and I am sorry to say that you will probably have to split the cases. What happens is the push rod will get mushroomed over where the clutch actuator pushes on it. I have see them mushroomed so bad that you have to press it out (after removing the transmission shaft). Also the bore of the transmission shaft may need to be honed to fit a new push rod. Ron Quote
