OK...So I am putting my Reeds in and the Rubber boot that slips into the stock reeds wants to hit my Vforce cages...??? WTF??

You have to cut that rubber boot off! There should be 2 on each intake boot, you can use a razor or knife, then you will be good to go! :headbang:

Cool Beans BRO!!!....That is all that was making sense...BUT...I was not gonna start cutting tim I made sure what was up.

theres a bolt and nut kit and clear directions that should have come with the reeds ,didnt you get instruction bookklet on install? :confused:

Ebay $70bux...No booklet etc...

 

Anyways they are in and the bike just needs to be taken out to see where its at for Jetting.

wrong. you jet up because you are now flowing more air and need the proper amount of metered fuel to match.

i put in v force 3's went from 300 to 320 and still not rich enough im going to 360's next hopefully it bogs at 3/4 cuz i dont want to put in to big of mains .. race gas is spensive!!!!

 

also on your needle clip may have to lean it out. mines on 2nd clip and seems ok... was on 3rd

Your right, I was thinking about the clip going leaner :confused:

From what I have read it seems that the Pilot MAY or may not need to be taken up a few sizes. I already moved my clip up one notch leaner. I expect my air screws are gonna need tweeked as well...I am hoping i don't need to change my mains as I have read that its not needed????
