OUTSTANDING! Looks awesome. I really like the space. I remember my first house, you would have thought I was living in a castle cause I thought I was. Anyway, enjoy it, live in it and let the equity build. Make that house work for you, the best investment you could have ever made.

I'll get some pics of my new "CRIB" soon.

There's some space under the stairs  . j/k We're planning on building 2 more rooms by the end of summer.

DUNEDEMON, get your signing hand ready, you'll be signing your name a couple hundred times, lol. Houses around here are very expensive, too. My new house is 30 miles from where I'm currently living, but if it was closer, it would cost 3 times as much. My friend just bought a brand new house on 1/4 acre, 3 rooms for $400,000! and that's cheap around here. I can just imagine what southern california is like.

Been there, loan doc's were signed on tuesday. Sounds like housing in your area is just as expensive as southern Calif. It's hard to find a deal on an older house that has not been thrashed, and new homes are outrageously priced and 10 feet apart :shootself: . It took my wife and I 5-6 months to find a place that worked for us. The market is just crazy here now.
