Goto court over the warning. Its easy as pie to beat it. Old guy says you were doing 60-65, ask how he figured that speed out. Radar gun? tailing you? guessing? If he says I was tailing you well than right there he just admitted to breaking the law. If he says he guessed than they dont have a leg to stand on. And if he said radar gun make him bring it in and show the clocked speed. If he says he erased it than go well should have shown it to the cop than.

Warnings aren't bad, but if you get pulled over for speeding a couple months down the road your gonna get a ticket because you have already been warned on record.

You don't have a court date with a warning, therefore, you don't have to fight it. I'm sure the officer gave you the warning just to shut the old guy up. I'd bet the officer didn't even tell the guy that it was, in fact, just a warning. Seriously, don't worry about it.

I aint worried about all that court junk as much as I am about my truck. And the fact that this old bastard has nothing better to do than nark for no reason. My mom said he's probably just pissed off cause 50 years ago when he was in school he got beat up a lot and never had a nice vehicle, now that he sees my nice truck supposedly having fun he has to quick get back at anybody with a nice vehicle for him getting his ass kicked. Who really cares.......a written warning is worthless anyways, doesn't go on your record or anything, i'd be more worried about my truck than a piece of paper that doesn't cost anything, theres nothing that old fuck can do.

Alright...Turns out its the rear end like I kinda figured. Gears just blown to pieces and shit like that. So I was given a $1500-2000 estimate to begin with...We'll see where that goes. The guy was askin if I do a lot of burnouts and smoke my tires a lot cause he's never seen gears in pieces like that. Truth is, I've only spun my tires a few times a longass time ago. So he's putting in an auburn system deal and all new bearings and shit. Hopefully it'll be good after this.
