Timing Advance

I currently run the mods below, 185psi, race gas. I'm looking into advancing the timing.. how much can I SAFELY go? How do I mod the stock plate? Any help is appreciated.

why mod your stock one and get +3-4 when you can go to banshee racing.com and get a new rick stator one for 35 + shiping ???? i like any were from 5-7 on stock set up

+4 To +7 is what i run with simmilar set up not sure how to mod stock plate i bought an adjustable one for $35

if you guys could give me some prices and locations you got these i would appreciate it. I didn't see it on bansheeracing.com.. also, I found 1 adjustable plate, @ albaracing, they want $99.00 for it. its +10, -10
