I am looking into buying a stroker crank and was wondering which one is the best and most dependable. Also do I have to change my jetting and all that or will it still get enough gas even though the motor would be bigger? I am going to freshen up my top end so while shee is apart I figure I might as well drop the new crank in. Any advice would be great.

you cant just drop in a stroker crank. the porting must be changed and you have to use either spacer plate or cut domes to allow for the added stroke.

that's fine whatever I need to do I want to get it done while the engine is out. It is still running now but I am trying to plan ahead for next winter I am giong to tear her down put all new bearings and bushings and repaint/powdercoat frame. So I am trying to get parts list and money together so I can do it right the first time. I am just starting my research for the engine now.

What size stroker do you plan on running 4mm, 7mm or 10mm? Also what kind of riding do you do drag, dune, or trail. These are just a couple of thing to think about before you get stated. Last but no least how much money do you have to spend? Alittle more info and I think you will get more replys.
