In the long run you will be better off. Quote
FlatTrackinIt55 Posted February 5, 2005 Author Report Posted February 5, 2005 bdbanshee can you give me some more info on these "d-arms" brand, adjustment..what it did for your handling ETC. ? and maybe post a picture or two im very interested -Blake Quote
BdBanshee Posted February 6, 2005 Report Posted February 6, 2005 I bought the JD Performance +2 +1 D arms. As far as handling I like it much better than stock width. And with the upgraded shocks ( I went with Works triple rate w/rezzies) rough terrain is much smoother. I can go thru deep whoops in any gear, just don't let off! Here is a pic: Quote

Had to ream the tapers, I sent them to him because I couldn't find the right reamer. When you get the parts you just bolt everything up and ride. Quote

Lonestar also had D-arms. You might check with them. Quote
FlatTrackinIt55 Posted February 8, 2005 Author Report Posted February 8, 2005 alright my next quest will be to talk to lonestar then i guess. what exactly is the differance between the j-arm and d-arms? how does the extra arm on a d- arm mount to a j-arm chassis? and whats the differance with a d-arms to the regular a-arms? sorry for al;l these questions ive never erally payed attention to me j-arms/ front suspension and its like a whole new world.. ill learn Quote
PUSH THE THROTTLE Posted February 8, 2005 Report Posted February 8, 2005 (edited) Denton Racing Banshee J-Arm "Can you say "Awesome Handling Banshee", you can with our J-Arms. Complete with bushings for a bind free smooth action." Lonestar D-arms The lonestar D-arms are only uppers in stock length they have v-arms for extended setups but I can't find a picture of them. Edit: I still think a-arms are your best bet. Edited February 8, 2005 by PUSH THE THROTTLE Quote
