slipknawt Posted February 2, 2005 Report Posted February 2, 2005 I amm having trouble adjusting throttle cable on my 30 mm mikunis...setup includes pro motion twist throttle...cable wont adjust to allow slides to close all the way.any help would be appreciated. Quote

Oilsmoke Posted February 2, 2005 Report Posted February 2, 2005 My guess is your cable is for the smaller carbs and aren't long enough to let the slides all the way down. Is so you have two choices. One get the right cable. Or trim off 1/8 inch off the cable end. Not easy but can be done. Oh did you diuble check to make sure the cable ends where seated in all 3 places?
