quad4me Posted January 21, 2005 Report Posted January 21, 2005 (edited) Running a mostly stock engine with a modified / vented air box, DynoPort 2 into 1 pipe and i THINK a 270 main jet. I am in FLorida at sea level 60-95 degees F....what would be my best tuning options? I have not been able to run the banshee here yet to test settings. Fuel is 24:1 Motul i believe. ran great in Charlotte / Moorseville NC @ 40 deg F ...not sure the elevation there. Please advise on jetting this thing safely. Edited January 21, 2005 by quad4me Quote
05bansh Posted January 25, 2005 Report Posted January 25, 2005 Is the airbox mod the only mod you have? Quote
quad4me Posted January 25, 2005 Author Report Posted January 25, 2005 airbox has vents, with the snorkle, with a 2 into 1 K&N. The Jets are 270's I think. Aftermarket reeds. Other than that and the PIPE...thats it. No Engine mods yet. Quote
KRMit Posted January 25, 2005 Report Posted January 25, 2005 Why are you running the snorkel with the airbox vented? Do a WOT test. I'd say those mains are a pretty good starting point. Quote
