PyRo_ZaCh Posted January 12, 2005 Report Posted January 12, 2005 (edited) carefull beatin down the person you see ridin with your gear. lot of times around here some base heads will steal stuff and sell it (cheap since its hot) some poor guy thinks hes gettin a good deal (well he is if no one catches up to their stuff) and the theif has drug money now. It was in the papers (and it was my friends cousin auctualy) not to long ago around here, stole his grandfathers company credit card, maxed it out buyin car parts then sold them all realy cheap, he got caught fast tho, and is goin to jail for a bunch of things now. Most of the time you can just start askin questions, if they stop and tell you they bought it from some one (giving names and adress and all) you could have a good lead on who the theifs are. If they realy dont want to talk (they run) its prob your stuff. Edited January 12, 2005 by PyRo_ZaCh Quote

patrolman808 Posted January 12, 2005 Report Posted January 12, 2005 Get your police dept. to send someone over to take a report and to fingerprint the screwdriver and the truck. SOMEONE has fingerprints on it, whether it be them or their dad or someone. Just don't touch it and mess up the prints. They should dust the area around the door handles or wherever they got in at too. This is why I never touch the paint on the door when I open/close it, I always just touch the door handle, that way my prints are never on it to mess up someone elses. Quote
limitied03 Posted January 12, 2005 Author Report Posted January 12, 2005 They already did all that and they got one print off the door before i ever touched it and it looked like they tried to be smart and wipe the area clean but sure enough there was a perfect finger print right in the middle of the area they wiped clean...dumbass...so their running the print to see the wierd thing is ive seen a screwdriver like that before at someones house ive been to and i know it doesnt mean much but the place i think i saw it at, my buddies brother has been known for breakin into shit and has already spent time for that so im gonna head over there and just check things out while his brother is working nights....gonna ask to borrow a screw driver Quote
