MIABanshee Posted January 7, 2005 Report Posted January 7, 2005 Ok i bought a vitos billet clutch basket and it brings new cushions for the inside. BUt I was comparing the old cushions to the new ones and it seems like the new ones are all the same size but on the old cushions 4 are smaller and 4 are the same size as the new ones. Should I just put in all the new cushions? They all fit in so i guess its ok?. Also on the stock basket there is like a gasket looking thing that the cushions sit on. Should I put this on the new basket too? I have to cut it a little to fit the new basket. let me know, thanks Quote

fixitrod Posted January 7, 2005 Report Posted January 7, 2005 Yeah, get rid of. Also, make sure it red loctite and peen the screw with a tap and hammer so they can't back out. Use the new cushions. If the old ones look smaller it's because they are worn. They'll look perfect, but smaller... lol. Kind of weird. Quote
