Yeah I have to check the hose clamps and the water pump cover.... my overflow is relocated to the front.

Hey guys I have some coolant accumulating under the case and dripping when I rev it up.... any ideas on where it could be coming from? Its not too much but enough to notice a little puddle of coolant on the ground. What places should I check for a leak. Thanks

When I hit the powerband or dump the clutch in first gear the chain will make a bad grinding noise with the rear sprocket for a second. I checked to make sure everything was tight... axle nut and chain are both tight. Sprockets and chain are all new.. splines are all tight. I still cant seem to find the problem of why it is griniding .

I need a stock working rear caliper, dont need lines just need a caliper, also pad life doesnt matter.... any one got one? let me know thanks

I was wondering where you can get a rebuild kit for a stock carb.. the float is leaking gas and I need a new valve seat. Where can I find these at? THanks

No im talking about for the cylinder bolts not the head... i know the pattern for the head.

OK guys it turns out it is a leaky base gasket so i tore down the top end put in a new gasket... same problem and its still leaking from the base gasket... could i be doing something wrong? Im torqueing the bolts to 20 pounds is there anything IM missing?

The screw was stripped so bad that I couldnt open it but there I ended up taking out the carb and taking it all apart and cleaning it really well so I'll let you know how it turned out when I start it today.

Carb slide is in the right way.... I'll check the fuel drain screw.

They look awesome... especially if you add the dye. I really havent been able to test out how they work yet because my bike isnt running right yet... but im happy with them so far.

I checked both spark plugs and they both had a good spaark. I heard that if the oil seal is leaking on the fly wheel side that there will be 2 stroke oil aroumd the seal... I check it was dry..... Im really starting to think that its the carb because i Checked the spark plug and it looked almost brand new after idleing it for a little. So i dont even think its getting gas. But I have tried cleaning the carbs out a couple times already. Cleaned out all the jets and sprayed everything with compressed air. Is there anything I could be missing?

this thing idles perfect and revs up awesome in nuetral and starts on first or second kick but right when I put a load on it just wants to die , both cylinders run crappy but the left cylinder barely even runs.

I did do it by taking out the air filter and looking at the slides. They move evenly.

Any one else? Update: It seems to idle and rev up ok in nuetral but right when I put it in gear and let out the clutch it either dies or it will barely move and the left cylinder will fire only once in a while. I also switched the reed cages, i dont think theres an air leak any where. As for the fuel leak I checked the float height and cleaned everything and the right carb is still leaking. So the left cylinder isnt firing and the other side is leaking gas out the over flow tube. I cant think of any thing ielse and this is starting to get me mad. DOes any one have any other suggestions. EDIT: Just saw a tiny drip of coolant coming from the head right side. Could this have anything to do with it?

Hey guys, Just rebuilt the top end on my shee and now the left cylinder isn't firing. It idles OK but right when I try to put it in gear and ride it , It barely runs and the left cylinder isn't firing. I switched the plug wires, Compression is 145 PSI on both sides, cleaned out the carbs, the choke tube is on,the plugs are good, the reeds and boots seem fine, and the carbs are in synch. Any one have any other suggestions... I dont know what else to try...One thing i noticed is that gas is spitting out from the overflow tube on the right carb but the left is the carb thats not firining. And the fuel lines are flowing fine and the whole TORS is removed.

I just rebuilt my whole engine and installed a set of woco clear rad. hoses. I have T5s and the hose rubs the pipe and I was wondering what I should do to keep the hose safe. Also I seem to have a slow leak from somewhere around the head / cyl area. What could cause this? Thanks guys

Im putting my harness back on and I have a quick question. In the back there is a connector for the CDI, the regulator, two for the lights and then theres one ground. MY quesition is where do I put this ground at? The regulator ? LEt me know .. Thanks guys

OK thanks, I'll throw in some 300's just to be safe and see how it runs if anything I'll go down to 290.

Before I had only Toomey T5's and a 2-1 air filter.... I was running 290's but Im switching to an airbox now.
