fixitrod Posted January 4, 2005 Report Share Posted January 4, 2005 I wouldn't say more jetting, I'd say more accurate jetting. If you're jetting right now, you'll be fine. Nightrider Posted January 4, 2005 Report Share Posted January 4, 2005 I agree jetting becomes more critical when higher cylinder pressures are achieved.The more accurate it is the less likely severe engine damage will occur. Leadfoot350 Posted January 5, 2005 Report Share Posted January 5, 2005 I would say do a plug check too but a good rule of thumb is when you increase hp you have to increase fuel so you will need to go up on jets unless your old jetting was off.
