I've got a pair of Champion 10 inch bead lock rims for the shee. They have rotten hoosiers on them right now but im thinking of getting a set of holeshot MX rears for them. I was wonderign if this would be a good idea or if i should just put them for sale and get a pair of 8 inch beadlocks?? anyone have experience with 10 inchers racing mx?

The only thing that I think that would be different between 18-10-8 and 18-10-10 is that the 10" would be a stiffer ride.I think the 8"er's would help soak up some of the landings.

just my $.02

i race on 8's but 9's are good if you get the 19/10/9 mxr4....don't race on a 10 with a mx tire....TT and Flat track is no problem....you'll bend the shit outta a 10in rim even if it's a beadlock....u come up short and have to panic rev and land ass first...your gonna egg shell the wheels.

Thing is they came with the banshee and i dont know what the heck to do with them. They are in perfect shape and have only been used for flat track. Thanks for the replies.

Ok now i have a guy who is willing to buy brand new 8 inch douglas rims for the beadlocks. These are in real good shape and just need to be cleaned up. Anyone think this is a good idea or should i just put them up on ebay?

It's up to you,but just remember that 8" Dougles rims are cheap to buy.I'd sell them on Ebay and buy new rims with the coin you make.
