iceman Posted December 21, 2004 Report Posted December 21, 2004 (edited) install them and re jet. the installation should be pretty self explanatory... and in no particular order: get some suspension, get some porting done, get your flywheel lightened, get a cdi box, get some tires, some nerf bars and a bumper, remove the tors, get an airfilter, vent your airbox, get a crank, get some bling, get some ladies. locogato11283 Posted December 21, 2004 Report Posted December 21, 2004 you will need to rejet the carbs before you ride. so not even ride it until you get that thing rejetted or you might blow up a top end. do you know anything about jetting or your carbs?? if not i suggest finding someone near you who does. Ducman Posted December 21, 2004 Report Posted December 21, 2004 Read this Jetting FAQ ( Click Here) ) to figure out what jet sizes you need and how to change them. You should just bite the bullet and learn how to do it yourself. Shops charge a rediculous amount to do it, I guarentee you will need to rejet for other mods you add in the future, and its only hard to do the first time or 2, after that you get pretty quick at it. Put the expansion chamber part of the pipe on first then the silencers. You can doooo it! Quote
