You shouldn't have to re-jet for a removal kit. But bout an hour is a fair estimate. Just remember to clean the hell out of them carbs after you do the tapping. Also, shave off as much as you can off the outside of the idle spots. (it tells you where in the manual, and tells you to just make them "flat".) Well, take some more off. Trust me. Otherwise, it won't idle....

What should I clean with. Should I just disasimble and clean or spray some cleaner or just use a clean wet rag or what? Also what did you or should I use to grind the angle piece to make it flat. Should I use my bench grinder or just some sand paper and some elbow grease. Any other tips will be greatly appreciated. THANKS.

Take the carb totally apart. (Float bowl, float, both jets, the little plastic thingy that sits around the main jet) That way there's less of a chance of metal shavings getting in places you dont want them(and less to clean afterwards).

I used a can of carb cleaner, and then blew it out using my air compresser.

I used a dremel with the heavy duty cutting disk(not those small flimsy ones) to flatten the angle on the outside of the carb. I used a small screw driver and some sandpaper to deburr the inside.

I guess i got lucky, cause i didnt grind all that much off of the outside. The screw is pretty much all the way in, but it idles fine.

Dont forget to use soem kind of oil to lube the tap(i used WD-40), and take your time... :D
