FIRST BANSHEE Posted December 13, 2004 Report Posted December 13, 2004 no tricks, just kick it untill it stops going up. about 5-10 times. Quote
superchicken Posted December 13, 2004 Report Posted December 13, 2004 r u holding the throttle wide open when kicking it over? Quote
Banshee17Racing Posted December 13, 2004 Report Posted December 13, 2004 yeah....I've been told that holding the throttle open when kicking makes a difference, I've never compared the difference. Just to make sure....you do have the tester tightened just like you would with spark plugs right? Quote

Thanx in advance 292440[/snapback] warm up the engine before testing, that should give you a more accurate reading. don't test compression on a cold engine. Quote
Robstwin350 Posted December 14, 2004 Author Report Posted December 14, 2004 THANKS FOR YOUR INPUT GUYS I WILL DEFINATELY TRY IT WIDE OPEN AND WARMED UP Quote
