bigboybanshee Posted December 7, 2004 Report Posted December 7, 2004 I have no personal experience with either, but from what I hear, Rockets have a pretty good all around pull (especially on a ported engine) and CPI's are more or less a straight top end pipe...I may be wrong, but that is what I'm hearing. Ducman Posted December 7, 2004 Report Posted December 7, 2004 Just word of mouth info I have gathered and some of my own experience with Rockets, the Rockets do better and yeild a better overall gain with a milder port job and have move low end torque. CPI's do better than Rockets on a full drag port. They both have a big mid to top end. I think the Rockets may have a smoother delivery. They are probably pretty close if you get the jetting dialed in on both. Quote
