General parts questions

I just bought a 05 banshee and havent really gotten on it much since Ive had it. I have a few questions that if anyone has answers I would appreciate it.

 

I am looking for a good internet site that has a good selection of products (OEM parts, oils, spark plugs, aftermarket items).

 

How long before I should change my transmission oil. Someone told me that after the first 10 rides or so its a good idea. True, false?

 

How long does the factory clutch last under normal riding?

1. a website that i like is rockymountainatv.com got pretty much a lil of everthing.

 

2. i change my oil after every other dune trip. those are weekends of constant riding though. but hey oil is cheap cheap cheap insurance.

 

3. under normal riding the factory clutch will last a good long time.

I tell all the guys that buy new banshee's to try and change there oil after 2 gas tanks. That comes out to be about every 15-18 hrs of riding.

 

Rockymountainatv is really good with they have stuff in stock. A little tip.....if your lookin for an aftermarket item for your quad.....check here first in the for sale section....one of us on here might be selling it.

a factory clutch will last years if you don t cook it . change the oil often for long clutch life,i buy the tranny oil by the case, that way it s right there,i don t have to think about going and getting it.

Dude I need you to tune my shee, I can't ride close to 18 hrs on 2 tanks.
