Cannon Posted October 12, 2004 Report Posted October 12, 2004 I am shopping for an extended swingarm for my Banshee. I have ran a +4 extension on my stock arm for about a year to see if I like it. I do, all except for the hassel of chain adjustment with the extension. I am wanting a chrome +4 with a round honda type carrier. I have found the QuickSand & ModQuad with carriers for about $700. to $800. without shipping. What others should be considered before I buy? What are things to look for buying a swingarm? Thanks Quote
fixitrod Posted October 12, 2004 Report Posted October 12, 2004 With Cotteneyejoe's conversion to roundhouse carrier and getting the old one chromed you could probably get away with less than half of that. Quote
Cannon Posted October 12, 2004 Author Report Posted October 12, 2004 Tell me more, you got my attention! Quote
fixitrod Posted October 12, 2004 Report Posted October 12, 2004 CottenEyeJoe sells a conversion kit. I think it's $225 for the carrier and the part you need to weld to the stock.. or in your case stock extended swingarm. You could weld that onto your swingarm then send it off to the chromer. Quote
DUNEDEMON Posted October 12, 2004 Report Posted October 12, 2004 Call Kevin @ Custom Creations ATV (909) 388-2887, tell him Blaine sent you. Here's my +4, stock carrier (he does the Honda style too) Quote
