Schizo Posted October 3, 2004 Report Posted October 3, 2004 Lately i've noticed that when the shee gets warmed up it starts running worse then when it's cold. At first i thought it was an outside temp. that was effecting it but its not, its the engine temp. that is making it run bad. I have that little flat spot in my Passion motor that almost everybody else has but its really not that bad at all but i notice it more when the motor gets warmed up....is this a jetting issue or what??? Schizo Posted October 4, 2004 Author Report Posted October 4, 2004 Can anybody tell me what is going on inside the cylinders when they make the transition from cold to hot? is the fuel in there thicker when its cold then becomes thinner when warm...meaning that it needs more fuel to run better when warmed up...i dunno Quote

Try a smaller pilot Quote
Schizo Posted October 6, 2004 Author Report Posted October 6, 2004 I started with a 50 pilot and worked my way down to a 42 then worked back to a 48 wich it likes the best. Needle position seems to do absolutely nothing and it likes a 178 main. Gonna try a leaner tapered needle..... Quote
