Top Speed for stock Machine

Does any one know what the top speed of these machines are - stock, no mods. And what is there respective Hp's.

 

My buddy's & I are having this debate - The Raptor side of the house seems to think that the Banshee is old school - and that there is no comparison. I think different - Banshee all the way.

raptors have an advantage. their front gay plastic makes them 2-3 mph faster. get some of that maier plastic for your banshee and youll be faster than a craptor.

raptors dont look that bad , but i'd prefer a banshee anyday

I think the raptor has only 32 hp, but has a hella lot of torque...but in the end their still gay

they also rev real slow. to me they feel slow in general cause they dont pull like the shees do

A raptor will kill a stock banshee. b/c banshees stock tires suck, the stock banshee pipes are bottom end ones and the banshee is a top end machine. A stock banshee goes 73 mph. Why doesnt yamaha come out with a banshee that had rocket pipes, better reeds i.e. v force, and a better head?

therail, considering the rapor motor is a big bore motor with a long stroke it revs quite well and responds well to mods, stock for stock i would take a raptor over the shee just not fun to ride unless it has pipes. i have had a raptor and i really liked it just prefered my banshee. the only thumper i would ever buy over a raptor is the 450.

yeah, that makes sense but coming off of a short stroke 2stroke anything will seem to rev a lil slow. i personally feel like im riding in a lifted diesel when i ride a raptor. they are just too tall for me.

if your racing on pavement the tires really dont matter that much you not going to spin.Everybody doesnt want rocket pipes,reeds,ect.

they are just too tall for me.

That is really the only thing i didnt care for about mine, i put a axle and wheel spacers on it and felt 10 times better to me. and the ds is just a big as tank the only think i care for about the whole bike is the motor.

The banshee is a high performance machine. If someone wants one they get it for a reason. Now for the banshee to be the stock king again it must update its stock pipes, and reeds.
