Mod Banshee Posted September 30, 2004 Report Posted September 30, 2004 (edited) Ok over the winter I want to send my Cylinders to them for the Traditional Full Drag port or the 12 port Porting. Now My Question to you is what one should I get? I do alot of trail riding and alot of Drag Racing. And will it work with a Wiseco Crank? Or will I have to get a Stock Crank? And I also will have Passion racing weld the Crank for me. Edited September 30, 2004 by Mod Banshee Quote
decon Posted September 30, 2004 Report Posted September 30, 2004 if u do trail riding dont get a full drag port man. get 12 Port Stroker crank porting, I hear its real good setup, and quite popular, just ask the guys on BHQ who have em. Quote
Mod Banshee Posted September 30, 2004 Author Report Posted September 30, 2004 I dont want to run a Stroker crank. Quote
Mod Banshee Posted September 30, 2004 Author Report Posted September 30, 2004 The stroker Crank is the Long Rod 4mm stroker Crank? And can I get that from Passion? Quote
Mod Banshee Posted September 30, 2004 Author Report Posted September 30, 2004 Ok Now that I think about It I think I will get the Passion 12 Port Stroker Kit. Do I get new Cylinders with this kit and do they come in different Colors? I see on there web Page they have Pics with Red,Yellow And pink Cylinders. Quote
Big Blue Posted September 30, 2004 Report Posted September 30, 2004 (edited) you send your cylinders to him and he does the port work and what ever else you may want done. just depends on how much you want to spend. as for the crank you can use your stock crank, by a long rod crank, or go all out and get +4 stroker. rebelbanshee2 Posted October 1, 2004 Report Posted October 1, 2004 I think That is what I am getting. The Solid billett Manifolds are coming from Jim and they are $150 and the Boss intake is $150 those are the same thing Quote
23champ Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 Forget the degree key. Jim says that they wont last long on a stroker motor before they break. Strokers have too much torque. Quote
