loganskinner Posted September 18, 2004 Report Posted September 18, 2004 i dont know what you guys think, but i rode a 450 the other day and i was so uncomfortable riding it the whole time. i know they arent really made just to ride, but the damn seat is like sitting on plywood and while it does get up and go, its not up to par with my shee. oldbanshee Posted September 20, 2004 Report Posted September 20, 2004 I rode with 450's and a bunch of other newer thumpers last weekend. Guess what, I didn't get beat. I could see one beating a shee with just pipes, but not by much. If your ported at all and have other work done you should win. I weight 200, and one of the 450's I beat only had a 150lb rider on it. The new 450's are cool bikes though, and I'd love to add one to my stable some day. Quote
