Does pavement wear tires out bad?

Does pavement wear tires out real fast...I just got some new Holeshots and I might take the Shee over to a friends house, you have to ride on pavement for a ways to get to the trails and i might want to get some wheelies to

they wont wear to bad i always ride up roads for about 20 min and my tires only wear a little bit

yea i think ill wait till i find some rims to put my stockers on (sandtires on stock ones) plus i can do burnouts

Like Brian said,Holeshots wear fast if you ride on pavement alot.Don't worry too much about it if your gonna just make a quick trip or 2.But if you keep it up,you'll have a pair of slicks in no time.

Huh, my tires wear much much better on pavement than on dirt, well, maybe that's because it's in the back of the truck.... Hmmmm.

I run roads all the time. some times for 10 or 15 miles at fast pace and I go through 2 or 3 sets of rears a summer and 1 or 2 sets of fronts. I love running the roads so I just budget for it...

I don't run on roads..I get about 2 years from a set of tires.
