Clymers and Amsoil 100:1, both cheap and just as important as the mods you ask about.

 

If you really going to do all the mods you better get it ported while your at it. If your going pistons why not go crank too. Stroker motor and Noss head that'll get you there ahead of everything except another built Banshee.
