SyNtAxx Posted June 29, 2004 Report Posted June 29, 2004 Hello, Is you bike stock otherwise ? If not we really need a list of all your mods as well as approximate elevation to give a good ball park figure. Nick Quote
banshee04le Posted June 29, 2004 Report Posted June 29, 2004 Welcome to the hq. FMF recommends 260's but that is too lean for most setups. What is your elevation? What type of air filter are you running? Quote
sredish Posted June 29, 2004 Report Posted June 29, 2004 My fatty with powercoreII are coming, what is the jetting for?thx A list of mods will definitely help. Normally, 280 with lid on, 300 with lid off at sea level, fattie pipes, and reeds. If you have more mods, that could change one way or the other. Let us know what you got and we'll get it close. 2004LEBanshee Posted June 30, 2004 Report Posted June 30, 2004 (edited) I have no lid, K&N, Fattys, PC2's, VFORCE 2, at 1,000 ft and was jetted at 35 degrees, It might be lil rich but there isn't any signs of it (no bogs, or fouled plugs). I'm running 340's and clip moved one. Just trying to give an idea. Edited June 30, 2004 by 2004LEBanshee Quote
sheefreak Posted June 30, 2004 Report Posted June 30, 2004 Am running fatty's, power core 2's, boyseen reeds, snorkel off airbox, k+n filter, portwork, am running 300's, needle fourth clip, 30 pilot jets. Runs great wide open, but off idle, 1/4 to 1/2 or 3/4 throttle, it is hesitant. Can't tell if i'm lean or rich on needle. Could use some advice on this fella's. I can say after w/o plug test had darker tan to chocolate color on plugs, didn't notice stumble on test. Then after riding 90 minutes, plug was pretty dark, but not wet. Quote
