CrashFireBanshee Posted June 29, 2004 Report Share Posted June 29, 2004 Hey everyone just got a great deal on a trinity cv manifold with a 34mm pj carb. I am new to playing with carbs. I can't figure out how to get the needle out. Can someone tell me how to take the cap apart. Also what jetting should I try first. My elevation is 1000ft, I have Fatty pipes with power core 2 scilencers. K+N clamp on with no box. and it has been bored .020 over. brock_fuzzy_69 Posted June 29, 2004 Report Share Posted June 29, 2004 i got the same setup it isnt dialed in yet tho i run about a 165-175 main jet and 48-52 idle to get the needle out you take the slide out and if you slide the cable down and out the side to remove it then with a phillips screwdriver or a 6mm? socket u turn that piece inside the slide a quarter turn then it should come out Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
