ok im on the end of my string, i love the bottom end of the dynoport and the sound, but i cant get that son-bitch to seal around the jugs, i tried heat silicon, blew out, tried heat tape, didtn stick, tried exhaust cement, blew out, im runnin outta options, anyone know what i can use, im gettin oil all over the fuckin place and im startin to want o get rid of the dynoport!

what about the gasket cork you can buy and cut into whatever form you want, wonder if you cut some and put 'er in there, if it would seal.

A lot of people I know who run the dynoport pipe have had the same issue. When they jig up the dyna pipe, sometimes it's off a bit..that and your cylinders could be off a hare as well. Could try bending the pipe to shape or loosen up your cylinder base nuts and get the pipe to fit like that. Call up dynaport and see if you can try a diffrent pipe and tell them the one you got won't seal. Toomey will replace it's pipes for a broken hanger..so Dyna's got to have some type of warrenty.
