madden Posted June 22, 2004 Report Posted June 22, 2004 Need a set of tires for a combination of sand and loose gravel. My only 2 choices are "Geckos" and "4snows".Price is the same within a few dollars. They will be used mainly for draging. What do you guys think? Quote

Are you talking riding some days at the dunes and some days in gravel? or when you ride there is a combo of the 2? Quote

Hockey390 Posted June 22, 2004 Report Posted June 22, 2004 i personally would just use like a holeshot or a good dirt tire.. they will hook up fairly well in sand and gravel.. not as well in sand as a sand tire, but if you use a sand tire in gravel it will pretty much kill it.. *i think* Maybe use a shreader (sp?)
