THOR1 Posted May 21, 2004 Report Share Posted May 21, 2004 Hey Fellas I went riding about a month ago and the shee ran great! I washed it and had cleaned the air filter. Yesterday I was putting on my new nerfs and decided to take it out after I put them on. Well it started fine, but now and then it would start popping and the power band wouldnt kick in quiet as hard as it should. I did a quick check through to make sure the choke tube was on tight. Thought maybe I shouldve shaken her a lil bit more, maybe the oil had settled and wqas mixed good? I use Motul. Dunno, I havent had the time to sit down and start looking yet, but plan on it tomorrow. Any ideas? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Maybe the filter was so dirty the it was restricting air flow, making her run a little rich, when cleaned the filter the air is not as restricted and know your running lean.
