I think it is about that time for ball joint replacement. I was jumping my shee yesterday and the bottom left ball joint slipped out of the ball joint housing when I landed. My top left a-arm got bent where it mounts to the spindle too since there was no suspension action. I figure that I should replace all of the ball joints on my front suspension. Where can I find some stock ball joints for my a-arms? Thanks.

The ball joints are welded into the A arms and cannot be removed. You will need new A arms. The tie rod ends can easily be replaced.

If this doesn't answer it for you, post a pic of what broke.

This is one of Yamaha's greatest money making schemes. You also can't get the ball joint boots, or ball joint boot retaining clips from what I've heard. But they do come free (Like Holyman said) with every set of NEW a-arms purchased.
