jeepman380 Posted May 7, 2004 Report Posted May 7, 2004 I got my motor ported and stroked and i'm currently running T-5s but I feel like they might be holding my engine back. I know that CPIs give like 1,000 RPMs more than T-5s but i've also read on here that Rockets are just as good if not better than CPIs. I'm looking to upgraded my exhaust soon and I was just wondering which set of pipes are the best for my mods. Any feedback would be great, Thanks. Quote

broke Posted May 7, 2004 Report Posted May 7, 2004 I have run them both. I think the performance is close enough I can't tell them apart. I think the CPI's look better, but that's just my opinion. I prefer the sound of the CPI's, but to me they seem much louder. I am running the Rockets right now and I am very happy with them. It came down to the Rockets fitting on my quad and the way I was treated by both companies. CPI wasn't the best company to deal with, yet Tom Borrink(sp) couldn't have been more helpful. Like Mullet said, the CPI's are proven, but the Rockets are fairly new and just starting to make a name for themselves. broke Quote
