Hi everyone,

I hope I'm not the new guy posting the same questions everyone else has already posted but I can't find this topic through search.

I'm a long time banshee watcher first time owner =-)

I just purchased a 1998 Banshee and am in the process of cleaning it up a little.

I don't think the previous owner ever washed it.

I'm looking for touch up paint for the frame. (silver)

I've found www.color-rite.com but really don't want to spend $60.00 for a couple cans of spray paint. Do any of you know of a good touch up paint or paint color that's similar to the frame?

Input is greatly appreciated.

I would just get some paint from the dealer. They usually have paint to match the original frame paint.

My 2 pennies;)

T :whoa:

I tried that.

They didn't know of such a product

I'll try a couple other Yamaha dealers.

Thanks

I found a dealership that carried some.

They had to order it though. It was only $5.00 a can.

I'll see how it works.

wal-mart has an almost exact match, its one of the silver's. I forget which one though. You can notice it if your looking at it from a foot away and actually looking for the touch up spots, (its just, just off, seriously, you cant notice it at all).

It's in the car section, they have the touch up brush thingies and spray can. I can look the next time I'm there (or the toolbox where the shee is) whichever comes first.
