streetshee
whipped her apart today to hone and new pistons and while i was there i thought fcuk it im gonna port her!! so i opend up the transfers a little, raised the exhaust 1,5 mil,and knife edged the inlet, and widened the inlet ports by 1 mil, matched the piston windows with the inlet, milled the head .25,snorkel off, standard jetting, standard pipe, took her for a steady ride, and was pleasantly surprised on how much shee improved on the midrange, but seams to of lost on top end a bit??? watcha think?? should i of not messed with her? jeepman380
If you did all that and you are using standard jetting then that might be the problem with your loss of top end. Might want to go up a jet size or two and see if that helps.
