I had a great time with all of you, we need to do it more often, we rode and worked on quads all day, not mine of course!LOL I taked fixitrod into climbing a pretty big hill, even though his quad wasn't running quite right, and broke forgot to use his brakes coming down a hill into a deep bowl, yep, a nice fat endo throwing him over the bars luckily, he was fine except a bruised ego. We let'em eat on the dragstrip for awhile, different winner almost every time. Went riding in the woods where I ate alot of Mrmatt's roost(not bad, needed some salt though!) and had a all around good time! I even called in sick so we could ride more together. I had a blast with all of you, great people! I unfortunately have to go to work now, funny, I feel much better! Hope to see all of you soon!

i to had a great time today and i think i can say the same for my friends who don't have a pc to share there thoughts.some of use learn't some cool fix it tricks also.thanks everyone for the team effort on getting everyone up and going again.

Man, I wish I would have climbed that hill. I'll definately get up it in the next few weeks.

Seeing you guys riding around w/out fenders was the final push that I needed to cut mine off. I got out the cutting wheel as soon as I finished washing it.

What hours do you work matt? If it gets nice out in the next few days I'll stop by on the bike. I of course am cursed on the 3-11 shift.

If the garage door is up when you go by, you should definately stop. If the door is closed, then I am probably not home or I'm busy with the wife and don't want any vistors .

The trip was great, we'll have to try it again soon. I have a bid in on a set of bigger balls on Ebay. We'll have to wait and see how that goes.

 

Might have to try out Haspin Acres too.

I was at the badlands a few years ago and saw the dragstrip,but was closed and covered with sand in some areas.Did they make a new one or open it up.just seemed like the drag strip was never used when I was there.

We were racing in a field in the back of the park. You get there by heading South from the parking lot on the paved road, then turn left at the Y. Then follow that road all of the way to the back of the park. Past where the steel tubes go under the road. After you pass the tubes, the field is up on the right. The field was off limits and covered with grass up until about a year ago when people started racing in it. Once the racing started, the grass didn't last but a couple of weeks. Now it is totally bare. I have heard of another dragstrip there, that must be what you are talking about, but I don't know where it is (was).

The old dragstrip was on the west end,Not far from the motorcross track(which was not all that great).....worn down....I'm thinking of the black top strip at least it looked like one....The black top changed into a strait like of sand whoops at the time.

well im sorry i coulndlt find you guys i tried looking but no luck i prolly saw you in the park or some where im sure but it was a blast even tho i couldnt race cuase of some jetting issues i rode it the best it would let me. and i agree the dragstrip was being takin over by all the shees especially the blue one with fmfs and everything he was quick he was pretty cool he camped across the road from us anyway it was a blast well minus the shit load of rain and wind that night i loved it and wanna go again and maybe ill get to see you all

That was me!!! I took most every race i was in xcept for that time i thought i was in 2nd and launched in 3rd , by the time i got it in the powerband there was too much catching up to do . Could have done better with a little less tire pressure though, but oh well

I had a great time. It's always good to meet great people and riding with them. My jetting was way shitty since it's the first hard ride since Dumont but I still had a great time... .except the torn tendons in my foot..lol. I did end up at the doctors office the next day. My foot slipped between the nerf net and the frame on a bad landing. I got dragged a little and my fat ass was twisting my ankle...lmao.

 

Oh, spoin and Banchetta would have a blast riding together. Both crazier than hell.

It'll get better. I just need to find time to get that jetting right. Once I get it it will be fine. I have not had it jetted just right since I've had it... at least for indiana. I had it really close at dumont.
