should i paint my pipes with PJ1's Black 1500 degree paint or should I do something else. I would like to use another color other than black if I can find some.

if u want black go with that, u could even use the 500 degree paint, i dont think it ur pipes should get THAT hot, never seen any other color pipes besides chrome or black, if u have the money get em powdercoated

I use the PJ1 on my T5s. You can find other colours at summit racing. They even have a clear hi temp paint.

 

If it were me i would try to get chrome pipes, striping that baked on paint is a pain in the ass when you do it once a year. I kick myself in the ass all the time for buying raw pipes!

Engine Enamel my friend. Tons of colors and the most durable spray paint I've ever used. I painted my frame with it recently and its holding up great! Its about $6/can for the high temp at your local auto parts store.
