  1. just got the shee bored and got wiseco pro lites. In the piston boxes came a green sheet that says for 2 stroke M-series pistons you should drill 2 small holes according to the instructions for lubrication. No where on the boxes does it say that i have M-series pistons, the only M is in the part numbers on the box. Question is, do i have m-series pistons? Im wondering if i should drill these holes or not? thanks

  11. putting rings in my banshee and the stock rings have a 35 thousandths gap and a new set of rings have a 20-25 thousandths gap. Is 20-25 thousandths normal for a banshee?

  13. I just bought a Trinity Stage 4 head and I am wondering if it is any good?
  14. Currently I did a compression test and have 90 psi in my stock motor in each cylinder. Normal or not?
  15. need help reading my plugs after doing a WOT test. What is what?
  16. I also dropped my main jet to a 160 and it is better on the bottom and doesnt gurgle in the mid. Top end is still good. Hmmm where to go next?
  17. yea i disconnected the black box i have my throttle cable tightened the whole way and still have a little slack. My idle screw is basically the whole way in and is barely idling. Idles alittle better with the choke on.
  18. I used to go with 32:1 and it smoked like crazy, now i went to 40:1 and its still smoking like crazy. Go to 50:1??
  19. i had a 175 main in and got a 160 just to see if i was rich nad it seems to have gotten better on the bottom so i need a smaller main jet. Even though the main is for the top end it still controls a big amount of the gas that your motor sucks up at all throttle positions. I think i should try bigger and smaller pilots to gain a decent bottom end. Trinity told me that the carb comes very fat and rich so im pretty confident on the smaller jet sizes. Ill also try the 4th needle setting and ill post my results from there.
  20. if you really want fmf's go with the SST setup. It is about the same as the Toomeys. Supposively the T6's are better and if you go with either get an accomidating jet kit with either. It will make your life much more simple .
  21. yea stick with an oil. i also run Klotz R50, Klotz Super Techniplate is also good. Cheap stuff might not show but it will in time. Buy by the gallon.
  22. I am currently at a 175 main, 45 pilot, and the middle setting on needle. Also running Klotz R50 40:1. Thanks
  23. I have no bottom end in my banshee. Playing with jets and not sure which direction to head. Top is great. Mid is kinda crappy sounding. There is heardly anything at the bottom. Anyone have any suggestions for me??
