hamuel Posted April 15, 2004 Report Posted April 15, 2004 I just had my bike rebuilt. Bike has pod K&N, .20 overbore wisco pistions,Millled head .20 ,Rebiuilt crank with hot rods ,fmf Fatties,Stock carb's 320main 30 pilot 4clip of 6(dinojet) at sea level, The bike ran Great A nice flat black all the way throught bottom and mid, and top. MY question is what would cause the leght cylinder to have a hole melt throught it? There was no sign of siezing or damage to the rings.. THe bore is just as clean as it was when the new pistions where installed. On the other had the right is perfect. no sign's of anything wrong or detiation or anything. ANy idea'??? this is after 10 gallions of gas so 10ish hours. I also had just change the plugs, and the plugs showd no signts of detiation. 30mins on the plug was a hole Quote
H300F Posted April 16, 2004 Report Posted April 16, 2004 i would say you definately have an airleak between the carb and jug Quote
